CodiPark is launching live March 2015 in Chicago with one of the largest operators in the U.S.
Take advantage of the opportunity that we have a product that is ready for marketing, the tests were successful.

Take a part of the Parking innovation
Everyone is looking for a parking space, the market is ready, the product exists, and the development costs for initial deployment are behind us. The way people consume parking services hasn’t changed during the last 3 decades. Nowadays consumers control the way they buy and search services anytime and anywhere from groceries to loans. Currently consumers and operators have limited control when it comes to parking lots, therefore our company decided to change the reality in all aspects of the parking garage services.

Take part of the mobile payment revolution in the parking industry with us.

$30 billion market 40,000 parking facilities
The parking industry in the U.S. is growing year by year. Imagine how big this market is expected to grow when big data and new services are introduced into the parking industry in the near future. After a successful pilot last summer with one of the largest parking operators in the U.S. CodiPark is launching live during Q2/2015 at 3 locations in Chicago, IL.

Time is money
Parking duration has the biggest influence on the business model of a parking lot. Nowadays parking lot operators give away free parking time (money), this is called “Grace Time”. It’s the estimated time that takes the average consumer to pay at payment station, walk back to the car, and exit the lot. On average, customers are given 15-20 minutes of Grace Time.
CodiPark developed a solution that will be consumer friendly, avoid bottlenecks at payment machines, and maximize revenue for operators. Both consumer and operator benefit from our solution.

So the bottom line is

We are a company focused on the U.S. market and as much as it's hard to believe, the U.S. is not at the forefront of technology in parking lots. In Israel people use Pango to pay for on-street parking, but in the U.S. most people are still looking for small change for parking meters. Here we got used to camera recognition that detects the license plate and then the gate rises, in the U.S. it's not common at all.

In conclusion:

  1. Today in the U.S. off-street parking market there is no solution as ours
  2. We have a client who is one of the largest operators in the U.S.
  3. Our product is ready to market and most developmant costs are behind us
  4. Parking owners are not required to change the infrastructure, our solution has low implementation costs

The Idea

Keeping it simple while making it better, it’s always easy to say…
CodiPark changes the game rules in the parking industry, every mobile device becomes a mobile payment station. The consumer gets control regarding when and where to pay for the parking ticket and doesn’t need to waste time on standing in line or even look for the nearest payment station.

The CodiPark app allows consumers to pay and go at their convenience - it’s that simple. Users can scan a barcode or approve a transaction sent through their mobile device, easily and securely.
The CodiPark platform is fully integrated with parking providers TODAY and has designed a cross platform for fast deployment in any parking lot in the U.S and worldwide.

Our vision

  1. To simplify the whole process of parking
  2. To be the leading parking app for off-street worldwide.

After basing our solution in Chicago we want to expand and expand fast nationwide.
Our payment solution is just the first stage of many that we plan to implement.

How it works
With our ready to go simple solution users can pay already, here is how it goes...

  1. Scan your parking ticket QR code or enter your ticket number manually
  2. Review your parking ticket details on your mobile device
  3. Add your payment method
  4. Approve your transaction
  5. Type in your email to receive your notice
  6. Exit the parking lot

The scenario above is relevant for any parking lot, NO additional hardware is required.
In summer 2015 we will introduce our one click parking solution that will make the process even faster.
